Ahoy Rhode Island Libraries!

I met a lot of great people at the Booking Event this morning for RI Libraries Summer series for Children. I’ll be singing all over the Ocean State this summer! From Westerly to East Providence to Tiverton to Coventry to North Kingstown and Jamestown and on to Pascoag, Cranston, West Warwick and Warwick as well as Bristol and Barrington and our state capital: Providence. Stay tuned this summer for The Shanteyman-coming to a library in your neighborhood!

Ready to Book in 2018

The Shanteyman will come to your school, organization or library and present a fascinating musical performance that entertains and educates. The Shanteyman, aka B.J. Whitehouse, is a long-time music educator, choral director, voice teacher and member of the Mystic Seaport music staff. “Music of the Sea” is a multi-media presentation that can scaled for library patrons or children, ages five through sixteen. Highly participatory, highly entertaining and wicked fun, “Music of the Sea” is ‘edutainment.’ Call 401-423-1574 or email to contact The Shanteyman.
